The Heart Behind the Mission

Our Story

AMJ Grant Services, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, was founded in memory of our first child, Alisha Marie Johnson. Her life inspired a commitment to service that defines everything we do. We don't just process paperwork; we partner with organizations to ensure that every vision for a better world, no matter how big or small, has the resources to endure and thrive.

Built on lived experience as parents, business owners, and community volunteers, our perspective is rooted in real-world understanding and a deep belief that every vision for a better world deserves the resources to thrive. AMJ reflects both a personal legacy and a passion for meaningful impact.

We work with nonprofit organizations focused on strengthening communities, empowering individuals, and creating lasting change. Whether supporting programs that address basic needs, education, the arts, or community development, we help organizations navigate the complexities of funding with clarity and confidence.

Our Approach

Our approach is centered on partnership. We don’t just provide services: we collaborate closely with every client to develop strategic funding plans, craft compelling grant applications, and implement systems that build long-term sustainability. From grant readiness to execution and evaluation, we are committed to helping organizations grow their capacity and extend their reach.

Our Philosophy

With a focus on purpose-driven work, we believe that accomplishing more doesn’t always require doing more. It requires doing the right work with intention. By relieving administrative burdens and streamlining processes, we empower organizations to focus on what matters most: creating solutions that benefit their communities.

Our Commitment to You

Our work is a tribute to a legacy of love. We believe that lifting others is how we rise together, and we measure our success by the lasting impact our partners create in their communities.

Our Founders

A Shared Commitment

As a husband and wife team, we bring a unique balance of heart and strategy to every partnership. Our approach is shaped by our background as business owners and community volunteers: giving us a perspective rooted in the daily realities of leadership and service.

We believe that the best solutions are found through intentional collaboration. Together, we provide our partners with the well-rounded support they need to relieve administrative burdens and focus on the work that matters most. We are dedicated to walking alongside you as you turn your vision into reality.

Focused, approachable, and driven by results, Clay is all about building strong relationships. Asking questions and listening are important steps in creating relationships and relationships lead to solutions. Projects and programs are important but building people is the real focus of our work.
